New Standard of Performance ALPHAIR produces two distinct families
of fan products - Axial and Centrifugal fans. In both cases, each
fan is computer selected and pre-engineered prior to quotation.
JetStream Series Axial Fans - Cyclone Series Centrifugal
Fans Units are tested in accordance with standards published by
the Air Moving and Conditioning Association (AMCA).
JetStream Series Axial Fans This series is recognized internationally
for quality and long lasting performance - which is how ALPHAIR
became a major developer and manufacturer of custom heavy duty Axial
fans for Mining, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
JetStream Series fans range from 24" diameter medium duty vane axial
fans to 148" diameter heavy duty mine ventilation fans. Single and
two-stage designs are available which will deliver up to 1,500,000
CFM (705 m³/s), and fan total pressures up to 20 in wg (500 mm wg)
Jetstream Vane Axial, Adjustable Pitch Fans (VAX Series)
Designed specifically to blend aerodynamic performance and ease
of application, these fans are suited for HVAC, industrial and mining
applications - from 12,000 to 250,000 CFM and 3.5" to 12" total
Jetstream Axial Mine Fans (AMF Series)
These heavy duty axial fans are designed specifically for main mine
ventilation. These robust adjustable- pitch fans have been designed
to deliver up to 1 million CFM against 14 inches total pressure.
Ranging in sizes from 76 1/2" to 148", this fan line delivers high
efficiency and reliable service.
Cyclone Series Centrifugal Fans
ALPHAIR's comprehensive line of Cyclone Custom Engineered Centrifugal
Fans are perfectly suited to applications that require the movement
of air at higher pressure or volume, or air that is comprised of
hot gases (up to 1000F/540C), corrosive gases or abrasive particulate.
Each Cyclone Series fan is customized to meet a specific set of
operating criteria determined by the individual application - incorporating
materials selected for the given application; from carbon steels
to specialized materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, FRP,
and other heat and corrosion resistant alloys.
